If you are using one of our SaaS apps, we offer a trial period ranging from 7 to 14 days, and you can cancel your plan during this time.
We don’t offer any refund for hourly-based service or fixed-budget projects. Our projects follow a regressive QA process, and we prepare acceptance criteria before starting the project. We ensure that the project meets the requirement and acceptance criteria.
